AiM Medical Robotics is a spin-out of the PracticePoint R&D Center at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Boston, MA, and builds upon over a decade of R&D into advanced robotic systems.
AiM’s focus is to improve patient outcomes through the development of MRI-compatible surgical robots. With initial applications in neurosugery for treatment of conditions such as Parkinson’s and Epilepsy, AiM’s robots will deliver unprecedented levels of precision, automation and efficiency into the operating room.
IQ Capital first invested in AiM at Seed stage in 2021.
