Pippa joined IQ Capital as General Counsel in April 2021. She is responsible for providing legal advice to the firm, including guidance on deal negotiation and execution, portfolio management issues, exits and fund operations.
Prior to joining IQ Capital, Pippa worked at Mills & Reeve LLP for 12 years where she advised on corporate transactions, with a particular emphasis on university spin-outs and venture capital investments.
Pippa is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Manchester and a Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law in London.
