Paragraf was spun out of the Materials Science Department at the University of Cambridge. Paragraf’s core focus is to deliver the much-heralded capabilities of graphene, which has the power to completely disrupt the world of electronics.
At its Cambridge facility, Paragraf produces large area graphene to the highest quality, beyond current industry standards, through its combined expertise in thin film materials production, solid state structure processing and novel material product application. Its materials are used in partnership collaborations in which it is developing devices and processes that will enable a step-change in real world applications, such as its Graphene Hall Effect Sensor and Biosensors.
IQ Capital first invested in Paragraf at Seed stage in 2017.
