Undecimal Bio is building the delivery platform that takes siRNA medicines beyond the liver, unlocking genetic medicine for the heart, kidney and other tissues that have so far been out of reach.
Nearly every approved siRNA drug targets the liver, because the liver is the only organ the industry has reliably learned to deliver to. Undecimal's DELiveri® platform addresses this bottleneck directly: it uses DNA-encoded library screening to test hundreds of millions of small-molecule and peptide delivery conjugates against the target cell type, then feeds the results into machine-learning models that learn the rules of tissue-specific delivery and design the next round of candidates.
The company applies the platform both to its own pipeline, starting with targets in cardiovascular and kidney disease, and in partnership with leading RNA and pharma companies.Undecimal was spun out of Eleven Therapeutics in 2025 and is led by CEO Yaniv Erlich, the computational biologist and former Chief Science Officer of MyHeritage. The company combines a wet lab in Cambridge with a computational team in Israel.
