Ryan is the Portfolio Finance Manager at IQ Capital, where he supports investee companies in their growth journeys, oversees the completion of investment transactions and the firm's portfolio risk management framework, as well as leading on the implementation of the fund's strategy.

He works with several portfolio companies, including Focal Point, Closed Loop Medicine, Funderbeam, Unbound, and Those Beyond.

Prior to IQ Capital, Ryan co-founded Helicammedia, a drone photography business working with tier 1 clients such as the BBC, Adidas and Foster & Partners.  

Ryan is an active member of the Enterprise Investment Scheme Association (EISA).
