As Chief of Staff at IQ Capital, Elaine is responsible for overseeing operations across all key areas of the firm, including investor reporting, compliance, risk management, HR, recruitment, DEI, and ESG initiatives. Her role focuses on refining processes to support IQ Capital’s strategic goals and ensure smooth execution across teams.

Elaine has developed a strong capability for building effective, purpose-driven teams and creating operational efficiencies that allow IQ Capital to best serve its investors and portfolio companies. She brings extensive experience in operational leadership, having held similar roles where she honed her skills in aligning business operations with broader goals and focusing on practical solutions that enhance team effectiveness and overall performance.

Beyond her core responsibilities, Elaine is committed to actively participating in industry DEI initiatives and supporting programs that foster inclusivity and growth within the sector.

Elaine began her career as a Radiation Therapist. In this role, she was a member of a multidisciplinary oncology team, collaborating with oncologists, physicists, and other healthcare professionals to plan and deliver highly targeted radiation treatment for cancer patients.
