As Executive Assistant/Operations lead at IQ Capital, Catherine brings a decade of experience across multiple industries, specialising in management support roles.  

Catherine's primary function consists of optimising day to day operations of the business. Overseeing the functioning of the office spaces, managing the IT infrastructure and ensuring that systems and processes are running efficiently.

In addition to supporting the General Partners in various administrative and operational capacities, Catherine also takes the lead in organising and coordinating a range of internal and external events.

Before joining IQ Capital, Catherine supported the C-Suite team of a green technology company during a critical growth phase, working closely with the COO as the company became one of the top three fastest-growing companies in the UK at that time.
