Ben is the Finance Director at IQ Capital, leading the financial strategy and vision. Ben is responsible for fund operations and investor reporting, shaping the firm’s risk management framework and monitoring portfolio performance. Additionally, Ben develops the investor relations strategy, providing data-driven insights to investors.

Before joining IQ Capital, Ben spent five years at 3i Group plc as a Fund Controller within the Private Equity and Infrastructure team. He was responsible for investor reporting, deal structuring, and portfolio company valuations. Prior to that, Ben spent five years at Deloitte in the Investment Management and Private Equity division, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
