Kush is a part-time Associate at IQ Capital, where he focuses on biotech investments at the intersection of engineering and biology. His areas of interest include computational target discovery and drug design, synthetic biology for therapeutic platforms, robotics and automation in lab and clinical settings, and health-focused software/AI innovations. Kush has a background in molecular and microbiology, having conducted his doctoral research at Imperial College and Harvard Medical School on the use of synthetic biology to understand the human microbiome.

During this time, he also played a key role in launching Nucleate in the UK, leading its London Chapter for two years and significantly advancing biotech entrepreneurship across the nation.

At IQ Capital, Kush identifies and evaluates new investment opportunities, develops in-depth investment thesis, and provides operational support to portfolio companies. His passion for scientific innovation, robotics, and AI drives his commitment to fostering growth and transformation in the biotech sector.
