Elaine is the Chief of Staff at IQ Capital. She helps develop and implement initiatives, aimed at identifying opportunities for improvement, as well as streamlining our internal operations.
Prior to IQ Capital, Elaine was an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite Executives. Earlier in her career, she was a Radiation Therapist, working within a multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver high doses of radiation to cancer patients.
Elaine holds a BSc (hons) degree in Radiotherapy and Oncology.
